The doctor who saw us was great. He was amazing with the kids. He made sure he put us at rest especially me who tends to have clinic hypertension. He got me to lie on the couch and took time to manually record my BP. The team at the reception where brilliant during all my encounter with them before my appointment was booked. The made sure as promised to call my back when the clinic started accepting patients. I wasn’t expecting the call back in all honesty.

The process was quick and easy and we truly could not have asked for a more pleasant service - everyone was absolutely fantastic.

Really easy to find and great service from start to finish. The appointment was for my 11 year old son and the staff put him at ease explaining everything, I would return to the office if needed or recommend to anyone else.

Friendly and efficient service

Went really well, staff was informative and especially helpful, with Hernam in particular helping us out with some additional info.

I naturally felt apprehensive and nervous with the prospect of an official medical examination which was required in the application process for a Canadian Super Visa. The initial telephone enquiry to book an examination was polite, reassuring and efficient. Upon arrival at the Handsworth Wood Medical centre I was welcomed by lovely uniformed staff. The procedure was explained to me and my basic details and tests were carried out by a very pleasant professional nurse who upon completion of her duties told me that the doctor would be with me shortly to perform the actual examination. Dr Simon Butler came into the room and immediately impressed me with his manner and demeanour, he was wonderful. my examination was completed along with a discreet chest X-ray very efficiently. I wish to thank Dr Butler for his patience when drawing blood samples my body was not behaving and did not want to give any blood up for the test vials... but he did it. I cannot recommend Hansdworth Wood Medical Centre enough, what was I worried about. Thank you.
